As an Account Manager & Analyst, you will be a part of the team at Made In Network that handles strategy and client services alongside the Creative team. You will be responsible for managing the strategy of your YouTube channels (both brand and creator channels) as well as communicating with your clients for questions, reporting, and idea generation. Managing a channel's strategy includes studying YouTube analytics and data, researching trends, keeping your channels in line with YouTube's Best Practices, and owning the vision and direction of the channel as a whole. The ideal candidate would be a fast learner and be comfortable working with sets of data, analyzing their performance, and offering tangible insights to other members of the team. + Lead strategic growth and development of YouTube channels

+ Drive YouTube channel's performance forward through research and creative ideas

+ Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate channel and video success

+ Plan future content calendars and recommend appropriate topics

+ Manage content calendars to ensure releases go out on time 

+ Optimize (title, tags, description, metadata) and release videos weekly across a number of channels

+ Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics 

+ Collect and analyze data from video and channel performance 

+ Brainstorm new ideas for show concepts and work alongside the Creative team

+ Work with clients to ensure video approval and timelines 

+ Build weekly and monthly reports for clients 

+ Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns for various clients

+ Identify and understand target audiences for videos

+ Determine the most effective strategy for video ads 

+ Allocate campaign budgets and monitor costs

+ Reach out to other channels to build relationships and set up collaborations 


+ 2-3 years experience in marketing, entertainment, management, or other related field

+ Basic understanding of YouTube (YouTube Certified is a plus)

+ Previous experience in client-facing roles

+ Time management skills

+ Effective analytical skills: ability to analyze and research performance data and apply findings to optimize program strategy

+ Attention to detail, and the ability to maintain several different projects simultaneously

+ Excellent writing skills

+ Familiarity with Google Ads preferred, but not required

+ Experience with data science is a plus, but not required 

+ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field
